Don't let the heading of this new blog post make you scratch your head. We didn't park our cars to work out in a gym but there was a Sunday morning meet at Life Time fitness in Berkely Heights. A nice turnout on a crisp autumn Sunday. Great time with some amazing builds. #carsngymlife
